Questions about paying

Is there a free trial of Pro?

Yes - when SmartBuuks can really help (for example after your first 50 transactions come in), we’ll offer you 30 days of Pro free. No card needed to start.

How do I pay for SmartBuuks?

By MoMo, card or bank transfer, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans include 2 months free.

What happens if a payment fails?

You get 7 days to sort it out, with friendly reminders. Pro features pause after that, but your data and everything on the Free plan stay open to you.

What does it cost when customers pay me online?

A small fee per payment from our payment partner, plus a small SmartBuuks margin. You see the exact fee before you send an invoice or a checkout, and you can choose to pass it on to your customer where the rules allow.

Does Payroll need Pro?

No. Payroll is a separate add-on that works on the Free plan too. Your first pay run is free.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Business Settings whenever you like. You keep the Free plan and all of your data.
